The Resource Fair is designed to introduce homeschooling families to services, resources, classes or programs that would enrich their homeschool. (This is not the venue for curriculum providers or programs.) Our goal is to make the Fair profitable for both you, the vendor, and Hawaii’s homeschooling families. CHOH will provide you with an 8 foot table and two chairs. The event is FREE.
Here is what you need to know. Vendors …
- may begin setting up their table displays at 9:00 AM and be ready by 10:00 AM;
- must provide their own table covering, displays, and promotional materials;
- must have a representative to man the table throughout the event;
- must keep their table displays set up until the Resource Fair closes at 1:00 PM;
- must clean up and remove their supplies and all materials after the event; please vacate the gymnasium with by 1:30 PM.
If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to still promote your service or program by sending a flyer to CHOH; we will post it on our information board for the families.
